Carol is National Manager, Research for Australian Red Cross which, as part of the largest humanitarian organisation in the world, delivers over 200 services throughout Australia together with an extensive international development program. As an experienced applied social researcher, Carol has worked as a consultant and educator to bring empirical frameworks to bear in the design, delivery and measurement of community service programs, policy and strategic planning. She is a Churchill Fellow (2007), and as a psychologist has a special interest in the intersection of culture and mental health.
