Welcome to NSS News

I would like to welcome you to the March 2011 edition of NSS News, a newsletter designed to keep you in touch with developments in the field of statistics.

In this edition, NSS News features articles on the Australian Longitudinal Learning Database (ALLD) with a link to the concept paper. You will also find the Quality Gates for the Mitigation of Statistical Risk article which discusses how quality gates can enable the early detection of errors or flaws in statistical processes, as well as a link to The Joy of Stats video presented by Professor Hans Rosling.

We would like to thank everyone who has provided feedback on NSS News. If you haven't yet had the opportunity to complete the survey, you will find a link in the article below.
