Collin Brady

Collin Brady
Head of Community Strengthening
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank
Collin’s role as the National Community Enterprise™ Manager for the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group is a culmination of many years of experience working within the community sector and in senior management positions within state and federal government departments.
A common theme throughout Collin’s career has been the development of partnerships to achieve community outcomes. These partnerships have led to the development and implementation of a range of programs that aimed to increase participation in community life and provide health and wellbeing outcomes for those involved.
The initiatives ranged from the programs for people with acquired brain injury, pioneering the delivery of community aged care services in aboriginal communities to major primary care reform initiatives.
Collin’s current role sees him working within the National Community Bank® branch network, assisting in the development of partnerships and projects that help communities to realise their aspirations.
Collin is a Board Member of the Bendigo Football Netball League, a Life Member of the Ultima Football Netball Club, the inaugural recipient of the Strathfieldsaye Citizen of the Year, a Junior Football Coach and is an active member of the Landcare movement.
He is also Chairman of the Strathfieldsaye and Districts Community Enterprise, a not-for-profit community company that has been instrumental in the development of more than $3.5 million of community facilities in the last three years.
