The Marketing Services Section needs to gain feedback from clients about uses and satisfactions with the AusStats product. This will guide future developments of the service, as well as more effective marketing.
The second survey will look specifically at the technical aspects of the service and its delivery as well as reaction to future upgrades and developments that are planned.
ABS Marketing Services seeks client research which will:
identify the major client groups and their access and use of AusStats services;
accurately measure levels of client satisfaction with current products, services and systems;
gauge reaction to planned product changes;
identify current and emerging issues relevant to service delivery;
recommend changes in services, website communication, subscription and statistical contents available;
suggest improvements to increase use of the service and perceptions of value in the future.
The sample for each of the surveys is 150 subscribing organisations with up to three respondents from each organisation for the client survey and one respondent for the technical client survey.
