World Bank	On 10 April 2012 the World Bank announced that it will implement a new Open Access policy for its research outputs and knowledge products, effective July 1, 2012. Read the full media release on the World Bank website.
United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE)	In 2012 a group of experts in statistical literacy prepared a guide entitled 'Making Data Meaningful, Part 4: A guide to improving statistical literacy', which was coordinated by UNECE secretariat staff.
