Jeanette commenced as manager of Strategic Projects for the National Statistical Service Leadership Branch in October 2007. Jeanette started work in ABS in 1998 in the Technology Services Division and served in various roles working with ABS senior management to develop their strategic directions for the application of technology to business needs.
Jeanette has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Canberra. Prior to joining the ABS, Jeanette held a variety of government roles, including spending over ten years with the ACT Government in a number of IT policy, coordination and implementation roles. She also worked at the University of Canberra, as both a systems developer, and later as a tutor in Systems Analysis and Information Technology.
